Hayao Miyazaki, whom I thought had retired two films ago, has a new one coming next year, called Ponyo on a Cliff. It's about a goldfish princess who wants to be human.
Hey, he made a frigging spirit-world bath-house and a walking castle work, he can make this one work, too.

You should see Matthew Barney's "Drawing Restraint 9." It's friggin' weird, man, and there's some weird fish shit in it, too. (It's not animated...or abridged, unfortunately.)
